Returns And Refunds

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items purchased from EcoSaving can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the condition of the product.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging (if applicable).
    • Not marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale."
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at ecosaving2025@yahoo.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process after approval.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns due to customer preference or error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process. Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care products, intimate items, and other products marked as non-returnable

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns
